Policies

No Smoking

  • Our property has a policy of No Smoking in any room but smoking outside is acceptable. If you are found to be in violation of smoking in the room, you will be assessed a $200 fee.

Pets Allowed with Additional Fee

  • Pets are allowed but there is a $10 cleaning fee required. If pets are not declared, a fee of $150 will be assessed.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available.

  • Check out time is 10:00 am.

Business Hours

  • Summer Hours (June 1 to September 15): 6am - close

  • Winter Hours (September 16 to May 31): 6am - close

Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your key will be left for you.

Parking

  • Free parking is available to all our overnight guests. Parking will be located either next to or in front of your cabin. We have availability for larger vehicles and trailers.

Lost & Found

  • If requested items left behind can be mailed to you. You will be charged for package and shipping. It may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.

Pricing & Payment Methods

  • We try to keep our pricing as consistent as possible. However, prices may vary based on time of the year, special events and holidays, or market changes.

  • No hourly rates are available.

  • Our property accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept cash.

  • Credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% processing fee.

  • We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

  • We reserve the right to charge for any unusual cleaning that is required after you check-out.

Refunds & Cancelations

  • Reservations may be canceled for a full refund 30 days or more prior to your reservation check-in date. Exceptions include holidays or special event such as Longmire Days during which reservations are non-refundable (full list below).

  • Refunds will be processed within 24 hours however it may take up to 7-10 business days for you to see the money go back on your credit card.

Longmire Days (August 18-21, 2022)

  • Prices are set at $120 - $130 per night

  • We require a 4 night minimum stay

  • Reservations are non-refundable
